A suspected triad gang member has been arrested for allegedly reversing his car into a Hong Kong police officer’s motorcycle and then speeding away on November 14, 2021. Dashcam video from another car showed the collision in Kowloon Bay at around 11pm, moments after the officer had dismounted and approached the suspect’s car during a traffic stop. No one was injured in the collision. A police source said the suspect was caught on November 15 during in a police raid on his home in Kwai Chung.
