Here’s a fun photo/video effect that you can create with your phone 📱
Use a tripod to stabilize your phone
Make sure to use Live Photo so it captures the motion blur
Have your subject stand super still in front of something that is moving and take several photos
Import those photos into a video editing software like Premiere Pro or Davinci
Select all the clips & change the duration.
Now duplicate it and you have this motion cinemagraph
