The Commission of Inquiry into Land matters is now hearing from the former Commissioner of Land Registration Sarah Kulata Basangwa, one of the people involved in some of the transactions on the Temangalo Land. Kulata is expected to explain several aspects of the controversial land sale. The land, located in Wakiso district, has been in the news again, after a Canadian national of Ugandan origin claimed ownership of the property.
