Rabdi Malpuas are a famous indian version of famous exotic pancake desserts during Ramzan. Muslims prepare it for iftar and also sehri. It can also be served as a dessert after an elobarate lunch
or dinner. It tastes best with rabdi which is a sweet condensed milk-based dish flavoured with saffrons and dryfruits. Eggless Malpuas are famous in Rajasthan India.

Ingredients
1. Milk 3 and half cups
2. Sugar 2 cups
3. Cardamom powder
4. Yellow food color
Rabdi making process
1. 3 cups milk
2. Half cup sugar
3. ¼ cup milk powder
4. 3 White bread slices (grind and make crumbs)
5. Saffron
6. Chopped Almonds
7. Half tsp Kevda water
Malpua Batter
1. ¼ cup Samolina
2. ½ cup milk powder
3. Chopped Almonds
4. 2 cups All purpose flour
Malpua making
1. 2 eggs
2. Ghee
3. Dry fruits for garnishing
