The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) is inviting applications from eligible candidates for its Young Professional Program (YPP). This program offers a unique opportunity for motivated individuals to gain hands-on experience with SEBI and learn about the Indian capital markets.


The SEBI Young Professional Program (YPP) is designed to offer young professionals an exceptional opportunity to work closely with SEBI on various projects. Through this program, you will gain in-depth knowledge about the functioning of regulatory bodies and about the Indian capital markets. The program is open to individuals from different educational backgrounds and focuses on two main areas:

1. Securities Market Operations (SMO)
2. Information Technology (IT)

Additional Terms and Conditions

Engagement in this program does not create an employer-employee relationship with SEBI.
Young Professionals will not have any claim to permanent employment with SEBI.
All internal data accessed during the engagement must be kept confidential.
Young Professionals must adhere to SEBI's Code of Conduct and avoid conflicts of interest.
Speculative trading or investment in securities is prohibited.
Young Professionals must not use SEBI’s name or resources without permission.
Upon completing the engagement, all SEBI property, including documents and access cards, must be returned.
