I filmed this review at the Arbor Hills Nature Preserve in Plano, TX with an iPhone 12 Pro MAX. Some light adjustments were made in post to most accurately reflect what was seen with the unaided eye. I like this location due to background light pollution and haze/particulates in the air. I often like to test lighting systems under imperfect conditions as almost any light looks good in a perfectly dark environment.

In addition to showing the light modes and how the beam looks in a variety of circumstances, I also discuss how this light can be used in my #searchandrescue load out. Most of my lighting systems are mounted in some way, either on my bump helmet or on my ruck. I often have use for a free light, something that is attached to my ruck, but can be either completely removed or moved freely using a telescoping cord. The video shows several different use cases for the light in this mode of operation.

All segments were filmed one-take, with no retakes. I did have a bit of a problem actually closing out the video. I don't completely script reviews, so if circumstances arise that offer a good opportunity to illustrate the light's performance, then I take the extra time, even if I thought the review was over.
