10 Minute - Shiatsu in Sitting Position
(This can also be adapted to work in a Massage Chair very easily).
This video shows techniques very quickly for the purpose of YouTube, but time should be taken to apply them effectively. Its really important to first warm and work points on the areas you are stretching with the correct angle and pressure. Everyone is different and these methods need to be tailored for individuals.
This is a tool kit to use but exploring a persons own individual movement is of greater importance.
