As the song with the same name the comic strip is undoubtedly inspired from Kurt's life long bad experiences with macho rednecks. In 4 well-drawn scenes the comic strip shows a stereotype redneck getting his ass kicked (or literally his brains kicked out actually) by his own yet unborn baby, after having illustrated what a typical redneck think like.
