Ingredients for pasta fagioli:
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 celery chopped
4 cloves garlic
2 onions chopped
3 teaspoon dried parsley
2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
2 teaspoon italian seasoning
salt to taste
2 (14.5 ounce) can of chicken broth
2 medium tomatoes peeled and chopped
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 cup uncooked pasta
1 (15 ounce) can canellini beans with the liquid
Optional: ground turkey
