I’m playing Time Crisis 3 again, but this time, I’m using the camera setup. Time Crisis 3 is one of the few gun games that support both optical light guns and IR led gun and camera setups. The Namco Rays JVS Pcb and, Crisis Zone’s V221 MIU I/O board work for the IR gun setup. I’m using my custom built IR gun and sensor to be able to play this game and I’m also using the camera that is used with Crisis Zone. This version of the game CAN be played on any display and has no white flashes on the screen. This setup is much harder to find but much easier to setup compared to the optical light gun version which requires the sync signal cable to be connected to the gun in order for the gun to work properly ( the same way the PlayStation Gun-cons work).
