Markus Roggen, PhD presents "Collaborative Research into Cannabis Delivery Techniques and Fundamental Product Makeup" at CannMed 2019.
We have built a smoke analyzer for joints and vape cartridges, as well as a skin permeability test. I will present the surprising results of our work, done at the new CBDV lab in Vancouver, which run counter to many of the dogmatic beliefs that characterize all stages of the cannabis value chain. Building on these insights, I propose a readjustment of research focus, as we often fall into the trap of chasing shiny objects, while disregarding the fundamentals that will form a solid foundation for success in the long term.
