How to Sew Bands onto Underwear

Описание: This is a Tutorial on how to Sew bands onto underwear Featuring ‪@EllieandMacPatternsLLC‬ . I am using their Kids Cami and Underwear pattern and I have added bands instead of using elastic as their pattern has instructed.

I like to use Cotton spandex for underwear it provides great stretch ,comfort and durability.
You can use any Stretch Knit fabric for this pattern just be sure that you are careful not to use a fabric that might break you out.
I like to use Rib knit fabric for the bands because rib knit has a nice stretch and gives the underwear more structure.

All Fabric used is Eco friendly Handed died fabric ‪@thunderbirdfarmpa‬

I cut out my pattern pieces from the PDF pattern using Size4T all except the waistband and leg bands. I measured for the leg bands height 1/2 inch and 6w inch. For the waistband I measured 3in H and 8 1/2 H inches.

Supplies Used
-Ellie and Mac Kids Cami Underwear PDF Pattern
-A ruler
-A marking Pen,eraser
-Rotary cutter or scissors
-Pins or clips
-Fabric of your choice this is a great scrap buster project
