Police in Kisii are holding a male secondary school teacher who is reported to have impersonated a female candidate during the on-going Kenya certificate of secondary education examinations. Several other suspects were also charged for trying to cheat, even as education ministry officials continued to remain vigil to ensure the new measures are strictly adhered to.
