The City of Vancouver has a new strategy for making public washrooms easier to find and more evenly distributed across the city. But does it go far enough? Hastings Crossing BIA executive director Landon Hoyt and Overdose Prevention Society executive director Sarah Blyth say more toilets are needed, especially in the Downtown Eastside.
