Mini-B Onroad - Season 2: Ep 2: Tuning out traction roll! (Hot Racing Steering Rack / MIP Ball Diff)

Описание: In this video we continue Season 2 of Losi Mini-B onnroad with the 2nd video of the series.
The goal this year is to upgrade the brushed RTR mini-b to brushless and tune the car for the Maritime Onroad Championship and place it on the podium!

In the last episode we had a terrible traction roll in the final.
In this episode we:
upgrade the steering rack to the Hot Racing steering rack
upgrade the differential to the MIP Ball Diff Kit

The Hot Racing steering kit was added to remove a lot of the slop that was in the rtr plastic steering rack. It was a great help and allowed for much more precice steering.

The MIP ball diff helped keep the car from diffing out on power. The ball diff never slipped during the race day and helped put the brushless power to the ground.

To tune out the traction roll I lowered the car, changed the camber settings, and gave the front a little more toe out.

BUT .... the changes to tune out traction roll worked too well and the car developed a push(understeer) in the final race. In the next episode we focus on adding back some steering and add some performance parts!
