We’ve been hearing about a remake of Assassin’s Creed Black Flag (rumored to be titled Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced) for what feels like years now, with Edward Kenway’s voice actor all but confirming it, and a newly leaked statue of the pirate protagonist is such a blatant giveaway that this is a real project, the official Assassin’s Creed Twitter account chimed in to crack a joke about it.
