The Partnach Gorge has long ceased to be an insider tip. Every year, more than 300,000 people visit the gorge, which was developed for tourism in 1912 and was declared a natural monument. With a length of 699 meters and a depth of approximately 80 meters, the Partnach Gorge is definitely one of the highlights for every visitor to Garmisch-Partenkirchen . It is ideal for a short trip or as a starting point for further tours in the Reintal. Please note that you cannot drive directly to the Partnach Gorge. You should plan about 20 minutes for the walk to the gorge. Or take one of the horse carriages, which may be available, to the Partnachklamm.
