Описание: Neighbors across Howard County communities are digging out from a challenging ice storm that left many struggling with treacherous conditions and uneven snow removal services. In Rivers Edge Estates, residents like Juan Pagan spent the morning breaking through thick ice that formed over nearly a foot of snow from previous storms. "We had maybe 10-11 inches of snow prior to that. That was easy. This is tough," Pagan said. Some neighbors tried creative solutions they found on social media. Gail Poole-Vaughn attempted to use a tarp method she discovered on Instagram.
