3-4 tbsp Chilli Garlic sauce
1 cup Water
1 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Red chilli flakes
1 tsp Garlic powder
1/2 tsp White and Black Pepper
2 tbsp Chicken powder
1 tsp Sugar
1 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tbsp Vinegar
Corn flour slurry(1/4 cup water+1 tsp Corn flour)
Egg fried rice:
1 Glass soaked rice
3 tbsp Oil
1 medium Carrot
1 medium Capsicum
1/2 cup Cabbage
2 Eggs
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Black pepper
1 tbsp Chicken powder
2 tbsp Soy sauce
2 tbsp Vinegar
2 Serving: 4 persons
