Risky Sour:
Build in shaker
1 oz. or 30 ml. Lemond Juice
1 oz. or 30 ml. Demerara Sugar
2 oz. or 60 ml. Fireball Whiskey
.5 oz. or 15 ml. Jaegermeister
Add ice and shake
Strain into glass

Mom Collins:
Build in shaker
1 oz. or 30 ml. Lemon Juice
1.5 oz. or 45 ml. Peach Vodka
.75 oz. or 21 ml. Simple Syrup
Add ice and shake
Strain into glass
Top with seltzer
Float of Bourbon Cream

Malort-ipolitan:
Build in shaker
1 oz. or 30 ml. Lime Juice
.75 oz. or 21 ml. Cointreau
.25 oz or 7 ml. Cherry Syrup
2 oz. or 60 ml. Malort
.5 oz. or 15 ml. Simple Syrup
Add ice and shake
Strain into glass
Garnish with flamed orange peel

Gold Fashioned:
Build in glass
2 oz. or 60 ml. Goldschlager
Few dashes of Angostura Bitters
Few dashes of Coco Bitters
2 bar spoons of grenadine
Twist of orange

Improved Midori Cocktail:
Build in mixing glass
1.5 oz. or 45 ml. Midori
.25 oz. or 7 ml. Fernet
1 oz. or 30 ml. Vodka
Few dashes of Coco Bitters
.5 oz. or 15 ml. Bourbon
Bar spoon of Bogarts Bitters
Add ice and stir
Strain into glass with twist of lemon
Spritz of absinthe in glass
