Paddled the kayak down toward the dam after my morning study and breakfast. Very peaceful and enjoyable.
A move is necessary due to the site being shaded with inadequate solar energy. Will move to a site more open for collecting watts.
Observed a bald eagle and nest on my way up river. Also observed another houseboat moving out of an adjoining bay to the west. He moved up lake ahead of me.
The new boat site is nice but cluttered with debris that does not belong. I made my fourth fire with wood collected a few days back at one of my first sites.
A kayaker stopped by to visit when he saw the boat. He was curious and wanted a closer look. He was on a houseboat around the corner to the south.
