A little damage from shipping, but all in all, the clock was great. Movement was dirty and needed to be taken apart and cleaned totally. The out side case was in very good shape and all I did to it was use the Howards conditioner and wax. Strikes on the 1/2 hour and Hour.

Here I do most of my work on clocks. Mainly cuckoo clocks, yet I am always looking for the unusual and eye catching clocks. Some of the clocks I get into are ones that need saved from the dump. They fell off the wall from not securing the clock to the wall using the stud behind the sheetrock. Some of the clocks were laid to rest out in the garage or barn and I except the challenge of getting them back together again.
A well loved clock at one time is one that has a lot of wear and you find old bushings that might need to be replaced.
