Description:
I’ve always loved this song. My mom (also my biggest music influence) used to play it around the house when I was growing up in Islamabad, and it’s stuck with me ever since. Her voice, the emotion, the melody — it holds a feeling of home and childhood for me.
This version is my take on it: warm synths wrapped around that iconic vocal, reimagined in high fidelity while holding on to the heart of the original. Feels like a bit of a full circle moment to share it now.
