Making ki Roti
The roti is traditionally served with Sarson ka saag! It’s one of my favorite things to enjoy in winters.
This homemade Makke ki roti is an easy and straightforward recipe that comes together in less than 40 minutes and is amazingly delicious.
Pair it with Sarson ka saag, jaggery, and a dollop of white Makhan, and it makes the ultimate comfort food for the cold weather!

Ingredients :
Green masala maize bread / makki ki roti
1 cup maize flour
1 teaspoon chopped garlic scalpers and fresh mint leaves
1 teaspoon green sauce paste ( mint leaves , fresh coriander , green chillis , salt )
1/2 tsp red chilli flakes
Salt according to your taste
Meethi makki ki roti / sweet corn bread

1 kilo makki ka atta / maize flour
Pinch salt
1 cup semolina (suji)
2 eggs
3. Tbsp Nut powder
