Описание: before we begin, I just want to quickly address a recent tragedy that happened back in my home city - some of you maybe aware, but there has been a very serious fire that happened in an apartment complex /housing estate in hk over the past week and many have lost their lives and homes 💔 it was honestly such an unfortunate and heartbreaking tragedy to watch and read about, especially being on the other end of world myself. there's a lot that can be said about the incident itself - who's to blame and what the right + best thing to do is etc. I don't even think I am best-suited to be in a position of telling you guys this is exactly what happened and what YOU should be doing, because I too am learning bit by bit as I mourn for everyone who have been affected by this. while we mourn for people who have sadly lost their lives, even survivors will have gone through a very traumatic experience, and will have either lost their loved ones, homes, both, or more. I feel like it defo hits hard when you realise all these people who lost their lives or are affected are actual people who have a life like you and me with a whole story behind them. while there's a lot of talk around what's to be blamed and who's responsible, I think there's no doubt that fire precautions were substandard, which contributed to the deadly fire. I think what we could all do, esp if you're not from hk, would be to learn more about the situation - if you're even reading this, or following on the news, thank you 🫶🏼 as a Christian, I have also been praying for them. thank you too for keeping hk in your thoughts and prayers. I think we all naturally feel sad, heartbroken and perhaps a sense of anger, but esp as we are all emotional about this right now, I think it would be sensible to hold back from being quick to judge, but continue to learn more as I said. thank you for your time, effort and interest in wanting to gain awareness. if you'd like to take a step further, consider donating to organisations who have launched fundraisers to support and care for affected families? I'm defo looking into that myself but there are many resources online as to how you can help practically too ♡

before I talk about today's vid, I just wanted to say this was pre-filmed before the incident which was why it was not mentioned. I was debating on whether to post or not, but have taken a break from youtube the past few days already and thought posting this would allow me to share the above. I will probably address this more probably in a future video.

alright, as crazy as it sounds, this is my final video before I kick start vlogmas. so, I thought I would end it (finally) with part 2 of one of my best-performing vids on youtube so far haha! we're finally back continuing to try every single flat iron in london (we've added 3 more to the list, so still a bit of a long way to go 😅 but hey that leaves more room for more videos in 2026!!)
