Choreography for Your Beginning:
1. Russian Hang/Layout to Russian Mermaid - Beginner/Intermediate Level
2. Russian Climb Z Pegasus to Z Splits - Beginner Level
3. Mermaid Climb to Hip Key - Intermediate Level (NOTE: This is a Variation of the climb, on the actual climb you knee hook, then put the tail over your shoulder before you climb up the pole). You can go into an Inverted Hip Key Spin/Upside Down Crochet Spin on this one:   / bxlhoklgqag   (there are many possibilities with this one)
4. Tent to Single Silk Russian Hang - Beginner/Intermediate
5. Double Attitude Spin into Bent Knees - Beginner Level
6. Double Wrist Lock to Wristlock Splits to skin the cat to Standing Star - Beginner Level
7. Single Footlock into #4 Hang (you can climb and do this one higher up) to Arabesque to Side Splits to Dancer to Arabesque - Beginner Level
8. Playing with Silks into Single Wristlock Spin - Beginner Level ( you can swing a lot wider on this one which is pretty, I just didn't have enough room)
