Graham Little is a passionate, very skilled executive chef, who cares about people - the people his company, Island Culinary Service has served for many years, the new families and business customers that are drawn to him hearing about his amazing dishes, presentation, and customer service, and the people in the community that he wants to support and help. Graham and his team are partnering with the One Voice Institute at the Valentine's Gala and Fundraiser on 2/14/2020 to do just that, raising funds for the Mustard Seed, Sooke Food Bank, Sooke Crisis Centre, and Coolaid. Island Culinary Service will be wowing the crowd with the most amazing culinary delights including exotic appetizers and the most decadent desserts, signature designer cocktails, and so much more.
