材料 ingredients :
1 杯中筋麵粉 1 cup all purpose flour
3/4 杯室温水 3/4 cup room temp water
做法 procedures :
拌勻1/3 杯 中筋麵粉和1/4 杯水,蓋好室温靜置一天,第2天及第3天重覆加入麵粉、水,再拌勻靜置一天,3天後,酸種便做好了。
stir 1/3 cup & 1/4 cup room temp water, let it sit at room temp for 1 day. On 2nd day, add flour & water, stir & sit at room temp for another day. Repeat this on 3rd day. The sourdough starter will be ready to use after 3 days.
