This year’s Canterbury Half Marathon is about more than just running — it’s about making every step count for something that truly matters.
We’re proud to partner with Leukaemia & Blood Cancer New Zealand — LBC — as our chosen charity for 2025.
When you register for the Canterbury Half Marathon, you can donate directly to LBC, or go one step further and become a fundraiser — asking your family, friends, or workmates to support your run.
And if you raise $200 or more, you’ll receive this — the special LBC Supporters Medal — a symbol of hope, strength, and support for every Kiwi affected by blood cancer.
For those who can’t make it to Pegasus, you can still be part of it through the Run NZ Run Virtual Half Marathon.
Run or walk 21 kilometres in the first 21 days of December, anywhere in New Zealand.
