Some thoughts on what an Integral and Integrated masculine and feminine looks like.

This is one of the reasons why embodiment work is so critical. Because these explorations into our masculine and feminine nature‘s, regardless of gender, have to be felt, expressed and explored through the body.

There is no integration without a complete embodiment.

Ancient wisdom cultures knew this. Why do you think so many rituals included long periods of dance and embodied expression?

Because that is how they new to install the ancient and sacred aspects of their humanity and of the cosmos into their nervous systems.

So don’t think of masculine and feminine integration as some kind of watered down merging of the polarities.

Let each be fully expressed explored and owned.

Then let your heart spine and nervous system receive them as ancient aspects of yourself.

This is the beauty of embodiment work.
