arcade game PCBs can get dirty after standing a long time in warehouses, basements or similar, and need a thorough cleaning, so here is an example of what I usually do if it looks really bad.

Sorry that my finger got in the way in the middle.
cleaning material:
isopropanol, toothbrush, brush and hot water.
I let the game dry between two towels or something a day or two before the game is tested in a well-ventilated area.
