Today we test ride the Tiger 800 xrx in Lavasa. This adventure bike looks intimidating but is really easy to ride, has great grunt in the mid range and is very comfortable. The ride quality is really good. Thanks to Triumph for lending out the bike. The purpose of this test is to determine if my friend should upgrade from the street triple or not. He was impressed, let’s see what happens. Reason for upgrading to Tiger is that Street triple’s suspension doesn’t work well on bad roads, combined with low clearance it is very hard to tour on it. It is possible but not very effective. And Tiger is a great tourer and it can do a bit if off-roading too, that’s ideal for his requirement.
