Matchup notes:
The core of Anna's design is her one jailing string. It has several startups: 1,2,*1,4,2*; df1,2,*1,4,2*; df3,*1,4,2*. While 1,4,2 are all highs, interrupting them is borderline impossible, making the extensions, primarily SS 1+2 / SS 2 - a forced 50/50. Or a throw. Or the next string startup. Or anything Anna wants. She also has access to her SS cancel from d4,1 (interrupting 1 with SS) and uf4,3,4 (interrupting 3rd hit with SS). As a result, she can latch onto opponent for the entirety of the round if she so decides. She has a lot of shortcomings and her low launcher FC df2 is very telegraphed, so overall she is a mid tier in my tier list, just like Law. But unlike Law, she is not a balanced out character but rather one with overpowered benefits and egregious flaws, making it a miracle that she ends up being just weird enough to be perfectly playable and balanced.
Law is the epitome of good game design. He is the perfect Tekken 3 character with clearly defined strengths and weaknesses. Fun AND challenging to play, has design space for different approaches, doesn't stand out as game breaking despite having access to a punch parry that deals Anna 86 guaranteed damage (140% hp is 200). Most of his launchers rely on counter-hit, which is not something you can call reliable on high level of play, so he has to get most of his damage from poking and keepout, which he is very good at. As you will see in the match, magic 4 and uf4 are his great assets in neutral, df1 is his amazig poke, among multiple others. And he can always keep checking opponent with b1,2 and if he gets a CH - hit confirm 3rd hit, launching with b1,2,1. In fact, b1,2,1 generally beats almost every move in the game, is a mid CH launcher from a decent distance, which is why you will see Anna, who is supposed to latch onto opponent, skate around me to counter this possibility.

As a result, we end up with possibly the closest matchup in the game - godlike poking against virtually infinite string. There were a lot of mindgames and highlights in this set, turn on subtitles if you want to appreciate some extra depth of the match. Admittedly, EOEPeach hasn't utilized full arsenal of Anna, missing out on d1,4 (which is practically the fastest neutral move in the game) and some of her low poking strings, like 1,2,1,d4 (and this is from his own admission), but still added in some variety with utilizing ff2 of all things and some other obscure tools. His unironic ki-charge usage stands out in particular, taking advantage of Anna's exclusive charge related mechanic (she unlocks an alternative string with broken properties).
