Описание: Richardcand I have a passion for wild asparagus, asparagi selvatici in Italian. This year's season started late because of the cold. Usually from late March through April the hills in Sabina are full of them. The trick is to find them when you are surrounded by thousands of people who love the delicacy and grew up hunting them, finding all the best places. We had found 34 sprigs by the time we videoed this clip. Richard and I were dumbfounded by the size of this sprig at the side of a well travelled road.
