I usually keep the behind the scenes of my depression to myself for I am afraid that people will negatively judge me and my feelings. But I know there are a lot of sufferers like me who needs to see this, who needs to know that depression is not just about being "sad" or "lazy". We did not choose this, we are worthy of love and peace.
