Answer: Based on my research I am aware that the current industry average salary for a similar position is between $50 to $60k. I believe that based on my experience and work ethic my value is closer to the higher end of this range, however I understand that you do not know me therefore I will be comfortable with a salary of $57k. I would like to add that based on my hardworking nature and the value I will add I will be an asset for the company.

Question 2: Where do you see yourself in five years?
Answer: I see myself being part of this company. For the first few years I would like to immerse myself in the position with the goal of mastering the role. To do this I will strive to deliver excellent work on time and under budget and earn the respect of my colleagues as a reliable and trustworthy member of the team. Should I be promoted during the five years I will gladly train and support my successor and leave the role in safe hands.

Question 3: What is your greatest weakness?
Answer: My greatest weakness it that I struggle to let go of project. This is because I take full responsibility for its success and put my heart and soul into it. When the time comes to hand it over, I struggle to let go, but I am aware of this weakness and I am learning to do this before starting the next project.
