Hi love! I’m Valeria: holistic healer & transformational guide.

For over a decade, I’ve walked a deep path of healing, awakening and personal reinvention.

My journey started with a near death experience during a car accident, that took me from trauma, abuse, addiction, eating disorders, and chronic illness…
to opening my creative channel through years of isolation and meditation, practicing & learning while living in Italy, Spain, Asia, Peru, Costa Rica, California, traveling the world, creating art, hosting women’s retreats, creating communities and building multiple soul-aligned businesses.

Through this process, I received the practices i share in the R.I.S.E. Method™ : a holistic 4-pillar framework integrating somatics, neuroscience, energetics, intuitive healing, and subconscious rewiring to help you open your creative channel, remember the truth of who you are, reclaim your power, step into your mission and create your reality from alignment.
