How to replace track rod ends

Here is a quick video on how to replace your track rod ends. I was completing the work on my freelander, however many vehicles use this design and so hopefully cn be useful to yourselves.

I used Lemforder rod ends as these were the most recommended to myself and here is a link to the site i purchased them from:
