Making CP SOAP CLAY & RECIPE

Описание: This is an instructional video on the making and conditioning of Cold Process Soap Clay. A simple basic recipe has been included. From much experimentation, i have found that most Cold Process Soap Recipes will work to make Soap Clay. However i have preferences for some recipes over others. When i need Soap Clay i weigh up a small batch of oils based on 16 ounces of oils. The usual amount of full water suggested for a soap recipe based on 16 ounces of oils is around 6 ounces. When making Soap Clay, the water is reduced to 5-5.5 ounces depending on the recipe and the firmness of the Soap Clay needed for a particular project. The exact amount of water that you may need to use will depend on environmental conditions in the area in which you live and in your work space. I find that working in Soap Clay allows me to be much more creative with my soaps. Remember this is just soap, not rocket science. Just have fun and be creative to your hearts content.
