Welcome to another full leg day workout + refeed meal vlog from my first bikini competition prep series!
I am officially 4 weeks out from my first show (ahhh things are starting to get REAL!) I figured this would be a fun opportunity to share my week to week until I step on stage. I’m hoping that these vlogs will bring some insight to anyone who has ever considered competing.
