Welcome back to Operation Overbuilt!

In this episode, I tackle the first stage of the 1:1‑scale 3D‑printed Porsche 911 GT3RS PDK gearbox, following LEGO Technic pages 41–49—scaled up eight times and reinforced the Overbuilt way.

What should’ve been a straightforward build turned into one of those moments where everything felt like it was about to fail. A tolerancing issue almost brought the whole section to a halt, but instead of giving up, I improvised, adapted, and—of course—overbuilt.

By the end of the episode, the first section of the giant PDK gearbox is rock solid and ready for the next phase of the build.
