Joining us from Berlin's coolest cheese-centric restaurant, Pick and Cheese, is UK cheese legend Hero Hirsh, as we chat to some of the most exciting voices in the German cheese world for an inspirational evening of stories, insight, and flavour. Hero is joined by the creators of two of Germany’s most acclaimed cheeses:
Heggelbach – a mighty Alpine-style, known for its biodynamic roots and savoury, brothy flavours.
Husumer – the soft cheese that is crafted organically and matured in cellars beneath the humid plains of the North Sea coastline.
Also joining us is the passionate team behind Cheese Berlin, the country's premier cheese festival, as they reveal how Berlin has become a magnet for innovative cheesemakers and curious cheese lovers from around the world.
