The "cancel culture mob" is pushing western democracies to become totalitarian states where honestly held opinions are criminalised, says Sky News Australia host Piers Morgan.
"This cancel culture does exist – it operates at high level, at low level ... and it's got to stop," Mr Morgan told Sky News host Andrew Bolt.
"It's a very insidious attack on democracy.
"The bedrock of any democracy should be that we all are entitled to our honestly held opinion.
"And the day we lose that, we're not a democracy – we become a totalitarian state.
"That's not where we should be going – but that's where the cancel culture mob are taking us."
