പൂജപ്പുര സെൻട്രൽ ജയിലിൽ നിന്നും അട്ടക്കുളങ്ങര വനിതാ ജയിലിൽ നിന്നുമുള്ള പഠിതാക്കളും പദ്ധതിയുടെ ഭാഗമായി സാക്ഷരതാപരീക്ഷ എഴുതി. തിരുപുറം പഞ്ചായത്തിലാണ് ഏറ്റവുമധികം ആളുകൾ പരീക്ഷ എഴുതിയത്. പഴയകുന്നുമ്മൽ പഞ്ചായത്തിൽ നിന്നും പരീക്ഷ എഴുതിയ 95 വയസ്സുള്ള ഗോമതി എന്ന പഠിതാവാണ് ജില്ലയിലെ പ്രായം കൂടിയ പഠിതാവ്.
