DIY Oats conditioner for all types of hair
Ingredients:
Oats -3 spoons
Water -2 cups
Half lemon
Can make 2 types of this with little difference.
Type 1
Take 3 spoons of oats and 2 cup of drinking water.
Boil it for 10 -15 mins on low flame and when it becomes whitish and creamy.
Turn off the stove and strain it.
Add few drops of lemon juice if you are using this as Cowash
(Conditioner only wash without shampoo)
Add 1 spoon of your regular conditioner to thicken.
Type 2
Take 3 spoons of oats and 1 cup of water , blend them in mixy
Strain the mixture using tea strainer and boil the strained milk for 10 minutes and add little conditioner to make it thick.
Lemon juice is optional.
Oats give good moisture to hair and Use good gel to trap the moisture.
Use cooked oats as good body scrub by adding other ingredients like Honey,began,aloe vera pulp etc..

Fresh lemon juice stimulates hair growth besides strengthening the hair follicles.
Limonene, a compound found in lemon juice imparts shine to frizzy and dry hair.
