Описание: Got some leftover chicken? Turn it into delicious cheesy chicken quesadillas! It's loaded with chicken, melted cheese, tomatoes, and onions. It's a simple yet scrumptious dish to make at home.

Ingredients:
4 cups pre-roasted chicken (can be dark or white meat), shredded
2½ cups Monterey jack cheese, grated & divided
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
5½ oz yellow onions, sliced
2 tbsp vegetable oil
2 garlic cloves, sliced
4 large tortilla wraps
Cooking spray
Salt & ground black pepper to season

To Serve:
Roughly ¼ cup condiments of your choice

For Garnish:
⅛ tsp cilantro per serving

⬇️ How to make Chicken Quesadilla ⬇️
0:10 Heat up oil in a wide skillet over medium heat. Add the onions and saute until caramelized, roughly 5 to 8 minutes.
0:28 Add the garlic and tomatoes. Saute briefly, then transfer into a mixing bowl.
0:47 Add the chicken and ½ cup cheese, season with salt and pepper, then mix to combine.
1:28 Grease a clean skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium heat.
1:35 Place the tortilla wrap and add roughly 1½ cups of the chicken mixture on half of the wrap.
1:51 Sprinkle roughly ½ cup of the cheese, then fold the other side over and press so that the cheese makes it stick closed. Heat to further melt the cheese and turn the exterior golden brown, roughly 3 to 5 minutes.
