VIDEO TRANSCRIPT: Hey guys, Jason Greschuk (CEO of Blackcard Elite Academy), here in this video, I wanna share with you how important it is to have the knowledge of multiple exit strategies in real estate, so that you can maximize the returns or whatever deals you're working on. So we're here at the property and this property is a single family home. It is located on a 50 foot lot, and it is zoned R two for multiple dwellings with the additional knowledge that me and my team have. We know, and cuz there's also an existing lot line already driven. We know that they support a subdivision. So our plan for the property is that we are going to knock the property down, split the lots and build two new homes where each home has a secondary suite of pop, thus turning one home on a 50 foot, lot into four dwelling units. And from there we can choose to sell the houses, sell one and keep one or keep both as legacy assets, cuz this is a fantastic area of Winnipeg.

That's the importance of having knowledge of multiple exit strategies in real estate. Because if the glasses you wear is that you can only see a deal one way, then you're only gonna open yourself up to profit in one way. But with additional knowledge and networks, you can turn a deal into multiple six figures of profit through additional knowledge. So if you're in real estate and you're going out, looking for deals, keep in mind that you should be looking at deals in a way where you're considering multiple exit strategies. Because if you look at a deal only one way, you only have one possible way of making money at it, it's gonna limit your ability to maximize the potential of that lead or that deal. And the only way you can actually maximize that potential is if you make sure you have the knowledge of how to use that exit strategy.
