Our 15k YT celebration will be more of this. It’ll be as if this crush drank 4 Red Bulls back to back! It’s going to be so much fun! Essentially ‘in crust we last’ x2. I really want to post it tomorrow but we need to get to 15k first I guess. Urgh, I need to learn to be more patient in life really.

Speaking of patience. It really is a virtue. I’m currently in Venice with some of my family and we are having the best time. But last night, after dinner, we were talking and sparring and somehow the conversation became about how I am /how I can be/ some not so great characteristics I have as a person. It seemed that three of my family my members had observed the same thing about me. At the time we were talking about it, I hadn’t realized how painful the whole thing was until I went back to my room and contemplated the whole thing. So one thing about me: I take criticism very harshly when it comes from loved ones. When it comes from strangers /people who barely know me I could care less. And I also don’t know how to express how I’m feeling too well so I end up keeping things inside and dealing with it myself. I have been working on that though but it’s really hard for me to express how I feel or how something makes me feel.

Anyways so today instead of going out with my family and seeing beautiful Venice, I’ve opted to be cooped up in my room to think and reflect on what was said yesterday. And to see how I can maybe change and become better. The worst feeling is thinking you are insufferable to those around you.

Ah well, t’is life I guess. No one is perfect…I just wish I could deal with this objectively and not be too in my feelings.

Ps - in case you are wondering, they observed that apparently I don’t like to lose arguments and I would basically say anything to win an argument….not great…

In the end, when more than one person says the same thing about you it’s important to take a step back and take a long hard look in the mirror. Easier said than done, for sure…
