The relationship that I have been blessed to watch between Gotcha and Ollie since he was born has been so heartwarming.
Gotcha wasn't a fan of Ollie at all for a few years, not until more recently since Ollie has grown and matured and learned the importance of correct bird handling, have I been able to really see his trust for Ollie blossom!!
It makes my heart so happy to see!!
And I hope that they will both get the privilege of being buddies even long after im gone!
Considering where Gotcha started, I am so proud of both of them!

I cannot stress enough how heartbreaking this sad truth is.... Too many people impulse buy parrots because of cute or funny traits they've seen in other birds.
A life stuck in a cage is cruel and so unfair to these magnificent beautiful creatures.

They deserve the absolute best!
If you are interested in a parrot, adopt one because you have the time, money, patience, energy and if you want to save them from a life stuck behind bars, not solely because they are cute or funny or talk etc.
Again parrots are a LIFETIME commitment.

They can live up to 80+ years!! Which means they just might outlive you, and where will they go if something happens to you and one day you don't come home? What will happen to them? Who will love them and care for them? All things to consider....
I've given up many many things to give my two parrots and other animals the best life they can possibly have!

It is an honor to share our lives with these amazing creatures.
Please ADOPT DONT SHOP!
Please choose not to buy babies from a breeder who breeds for profit, there are thousands of birds suffering in cages abandoned and unloved waiting in sanctuaries and rescues, for homes to be cared for properly and loved.

PLEASE do your research and educate yourself before adopting, they are a lot of hard work but so worth it if you do things right and do what is best for them.

After all, we have our friends, our jobs, and our hobbies, they only have us💗❗️❗️
