The day I got my first cast | 9/8/22

Описание: I have a partially torn, scaphoid lunate ligament in my wrist. So the orthopedic doctor thought that I needed to have a cast to rest the ligament. I have since gotten it removed and the ligament is still partially torn, so I’m on strict brace rest.
